These terms govern your use of bzblueprint.com and your quiz submission to BZ Blueprint, operated by BZ Marketing LLC ("BZ Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing this site or submitting the quiz, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit the quiz.
This site and our coaching services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or submit the quiz.
Submitting the quiz does not guarantee acceptance into BZ Blueprint. We review every submission personally and reach out only to the people we believe are a good fit. We reserve the right to accept or decline anyone, at our discretion, for any reason.
BZ Blueprint provides fitness, nutrition, and accountability coaching. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or other healthcare provider. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or concern. You should stop any activity that causes pain or that your body tells you not to do, and seek medical attention if needed.
Results from coaching vary from person to person based on individual effort, consistency, starting point, and circumstances. We don't guarantee specific results, and nothing on this site or in any coaching session should be read as a promise of a particular outcome, outside of the specific terms of the 30-Day Execution Guarantee as spelled out in your coaching agreement at the time you enroll.
Physical exercise, strength training, and changes in diet carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and other physical injury, even when done correctly and under guidance. By submitting the quiz or participating in BZ Blueprint, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept them. You confirm that you're physically able to participate, or that you'll obtain your physician's clearance before starting, and that you'll stop any activity and seek medical attention if something feels wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that BZ Blueprint and BZ Marketing LLC are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in coaching, except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct. A more detailed waiver and release, specific to your coaching engagement, will be part of the separate coaching services agreement you sign at enrollment — see the next section.
These terms cover your use of this website and the quiz process only. If you're accepted into BZ Blueprint, the specifics of your paid coaching engagement — including payment, cancellation, and the exact terms of the 30-Day Execution Guarantee — are governed by a separate coaching services agreement you'll review and sign at that time, not by this page.
The content on this site — including the BZ Blueprint name, the text, graphics, photos, and overall design — belongs to BZ Marketing LLC unless otherwise noted, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use while considering our coaching program. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it for any other purpose without our permission.
This site uses third-party services to operate — Formspree to process quiz submissions, Calendly to schedule calls, and the Meta Pixel for advertising. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control. See our Privacy Policy for more on how your information is handled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BZ Blueprint and BZ Marketing LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the quiz process. This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
